The booking calendar is the single place where promises are made. Every quote and booking is checked against existing reservations at the moment it is created, so the same unit cannot be reserved twice for overlapping times.

Contracts and e-signature

Customers receive a secure link, read the contract on their phone and sign. The PDF is generated in the browser and stored with enough evidence to stand up later.

Maintenance scheduling

Tell Nexovil how often an item needs service and it creates the service record for you. An item that is due for service leaves the available list until the work is recorded.
